Greetings Patton Families,
It's the month of March! Why is March worth celebrating? We celebrate March because the end of March is the halfway point of our second semester of school. Have you checked your student's credit completion total? If you expect them to earn their diploma and graduate this June, do you know if they are on track? All parents are encouraged to come to Patton and meet with a counselor or the Principal. We are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, or by appointment outside those hours. Spanish interpretation is available 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Parents of student going on the Washington D.C. school trip will meet on Wednesday, March 6, at 6:00 p.m. in room 1. This is the final parent meeting. Your attendance is required.
Attendance still matters! We know students get more done when at school. According to your students, the greatest obstacle to school attendance is going to bed late and over sleeping. Help your child be successful. Make sure they go to sleep at an appropriate time. We have a new weekly attendance challenge for March. Students can win gift cards and gift baskets. We wish them luck!
Have a great week!
