Greetings Patton Families,
We hope your child's Spring Break has been an enjoyable one. In case you didn't know, LAUSD schools are closed Monday, April 1st, for Cesar Chavez Day. Schools open and classes resume on Tuesday, April 2nd.
Now that Spring Break is over, we are in the home stretch of the school year. We only have 10 weeks left in the school year. Is your student ready to graduate? Are they on track with their credits? Have they completed their financial aid application (FAFSA) for college? If you are not sure about any of these questions, come to Patton and get the answers. Our counselors and staff are available to help you understand what your student needs to do. Don't wait until it's too late. Let's work together to get your student to their diploma.
We remind you that daily attendance is the best way to get your student on track to graduate. Just before Spring Break, we had 4 students complete their diploma requirements. Join us as we congratulate them and anticipate the many others that are just a few more classes from their diploma credits. If you are not getting daily attendance messages from Patton and LAUSD, we may have an old or bad phone number. Please contact Patton to insure we have your correct phone number on file.
Together, we can achieve more. Let's work together for your student. Have a great week.
