Greetings Patton Families,
It's the final full-week of school. We ask that make a commitment to have your students "Attend until the End". Students should spend this week completing classes, planning for Summer School (if signed up), and getting ready for Graduation.
Extended Learning Academy concludes this week. Students that want to take advantage of extra time with teacher support, Before and After School sessions will be available. Students should confirm with their teachers when they plan to attend. Saturday Academy has concluded. There are no more Saturday sessions.
On Tuesday, our Gardening Club and Ms. Mendoza will be awarded a grant from the City of Los Angeles recycling program. City representatives will be at Patton in the morning to present the Club a cash grant and take pictures. Congratulations and thank you Ms. Mendoza!!
On Wednesday, Los Angeles Harbor College will return to Patton to register students for next year's Dual Enrollment course on Career Planning. We are excited to offer college courses at Patton for the first time.
On Thursday, our Graduate Celebration will take place in the Narbonne High School Library from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Graduates and their parents are invited to celebrate their accomplishment in this intimate setting before the big graduation ceremony on June 10th. Graduates will receive their cap & gown at this time.
On Friday, students will dismiss at 1:10pm for early dismissal. Please plan accordingly.
As you can see, we still have a lot going on at Patton. All the way until the last day of school. We encourage all our students to be present and keep up the great work.
Have a great week!
