Here’s what’s happening this week at Patton:
🎉 Tuesday – Student Achievement Recognition
We will celebrate students who demonstrated strong academic performance and positive habits during the first five weeks of the spring semester. We are proud of their hard work and dedication!
Additionally, progress reports will be mailed home this week. Please review your student’s report carefully and reach out to teachers or counselors with any questions. Monitoring progress early helps ensure a strong finish to the semester.
🏫 Wednesday – College & Career Field Trip
Students will visit Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, where they will learn about hands-on career pathways including construction, electrical, cosmetology, automotive technology, and many other skilled trades. This experience supports our commitment to expanding college and career awareness and helping students explore meaningful post-secondary options.
📋 Thursday – School Site Council Meeting
Our School Site Council (SSC) will meet after school in Room 1. SSC meetings are public, and all families are welcome to attend. We value your voice and partnership in supporting our school’s programs and goals.

🎉 Martes – Reconocimiento al Logro Estudiantil
Celebraremos a los estudiantes que demostraron un excelente rendimiento académico y hábitos positivos durante las primeras cinco semanas del semestre de primavera. ¡Estamos orgullosos de su arduo trabajo y dedicación!
Además, esta semana se enviarán por correo los informes de progreso a casa. Por favor, revisen atentamente el informe de su estudiante y comuníquese con sus maestros o consejeros si tienen alguna pregunta. Monitorear el progreso con anticipación ayuda a asegurar un excelente final de semestre.
🏫 Miércoles – Excursión Universitaria y Profesional
Los estudiantes visitarán Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, donde aprenderán sobre trayectorias profesionales prácticas, como construcción, electricidad, cosmetología, tecnología automotriz y muchos otros oficios especializados. Esta experiencia respalda nuestro compromiso de ampliar el conocimiento sobre la universidad y las carreras profesionales y ayudar a los estudiantes a explorar opciones significativas de educación superior.
📋 Jueves – Reunión del Consejo Escolar
Nuestro Consejo Escolar (SSC) se reunirá después de clases en el Salón 1. Las reuniones del SSC son públicas y todas las familias son bienvenidas. Valoramos su voz y colaboración para apoyar los programas y objetivos de nuestra escuela.
